In case of a Govrnment officer:
At least 04 years experience either in Planning & Development or Finance Department or 08 years planning experience in any administrative department or 12 years experience in administration/ management in any administrative department.
Command over project design, financial flows and work flow
Command over PPRA law & rules .
Adequate knowledge of PIFRA .
Adequate knowledge of Government Rules & Regulations.
Command over official written cum oral communication.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Command over work processes of P&D / Finance Department.
Adequate knowledge of rural societal dynamics is essentially required.
Supervision & monitoring of financial cum work flows of all development projects of L&NFBE Department.
Regulation of procurements in all development projects of L&NFBE Department.
Analysis of operations of all L&NFBE Department development projects with ensuring reports cum presentations.
Advice on framing of new ADP schemes.
Planning cum designing of new ADP schemes of L&NFBE Department.
Capacity building of staff of L&NFBE Department and of all its development projects.
Acting as liaison cum facilitator of L&NFBE Department in P&D Department, Finance Department & AG Office Punjab.
Any other functions assigned by L&NFBE Department.
In case of Government Officer Pay, Perks and Privileges along with project allowance / deputation allowance, etc. as per Government policy and availability of resources.
